Megan C. Kelly

Megan C. Kelly joined Willman & Silvaggio in 2016. Ms. Kelly concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation and toxic torts. Prior to joining Willman & Silvaggio, Ms. Kelly worked at a general practice firm where she gained experience in personal injury law and criminal defense. Prior to that, Ms. Kelly served as a Law Clerk at a Princeton, N.J.-based firm, supporting attorneys in personal injury and family law matters.

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014, and her B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010.  While in law school, Ms. Kelly interned with the Honorable Kathleen R. Mulligan in the Allegheny County, PA Court of Common Pleas – Family Division.  She also was a Certified Legal Intern for Duquesne’s Civil Rights Clinic and provided legal assistance to income-qualifying clients in civil rights litigation and record expungement matters.  Additionally, she served as the Managing Editor of Duquesne’s Energy & Environmental Law Journal.

Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, specifically the Young Lawyer’s Division and the Women in the Law Division.

In her free time, Ms. Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family.
