Concetta A. Silvaggio joined Willman & Silvaggio LLP in 1984 and is now a managing partner in the firm. A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, she completed additional graduate study in microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh. In 1988, Ms. Silvaggio completed the intensive trial advocacy course designed by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh with strong community roots, Glenn A. Huetter, Jr. joined Willman & Silvaggio LLP (then Willman & Arnold) in 1993. Prior to that, Glenn worked for solo practitioners gaining significant experience in civil litigation and client relations.

Joseph Silvaggio is a partner with Willman & Silvaggio and joined the firm in 1997. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania in 1992, the Ohio bar in 2001, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio bar in 2004 and U.S. Supreme Court in 2009. Mr. Silvaggio has also been a Judicial Clerk for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Orphans Court Division.

Ronald J. Richert was awarded his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Richert served as a member of the Dickinson Law Review and is a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in the study of Environmental Compliance.

Anna Maria Sosso earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988 and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in 1985 at the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honorary societies and Phi Alpha Delta, an international law society.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1966, Mr. Rush's practice involves the representation of defendants, insurers and manufacturers. Mr. Rush has managed litigation and tried cases throughout the country, as national counsel in the representation of asbestos defendants, as regional counsel defending trucking companies, and as both a lecturer and lead attorney on insurance bad faith claims.

George M. Milanovich graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and later earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Robert Morris University. Mr. Milanovich earned his J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Western Michigan University. He is a member of the State Bar in Pennsylvania (since 1997) and New Jersey (since 2008).

John Cummings joined Willman & Silvaggio in 2022. Prior to attending law school, John graduated from Robert Morris University with a B.A. in History in 2017. John earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2020.

Sean Ketchel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 with a B.A. in Nonfiction Writing. He was shortly thereafter granted a Dean's Scholarship to attend Duquesne University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. along with a certificate for concentration in Corporate Governance, Regulation, and Compliance in 2021.

Michael J. Imbornone was awarded his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and earned a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Imbornone served as Editor-in-Chief of the PSU Environmental Law Review. While at the Dickinson School of Law, he participated in internships with MidPenn Legal Services and the JAG office of the U.S. Army War College, in Carlisle, PA. Following law school, Mr. Imbornone clerked for the Honorable Michael A. George in the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, PA.
