Associate Attorney

Full-Time

Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, a mid-sized Pittsburgh based law firm with an excellent reputation as a leader in Toxic Tort, Product Liability, Insurance Defense and General Liability matters, among others, is in search of a full time Associate Attorney to join our distinguished defense litigation team, with a primary focus on asbestos litigation.

Qualifications

›Strong interest in litigation including deposition and oral argument participation
›Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, courts and counsel for other parties
›Capable of efficiently managing assignments/cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment
›Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
›Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience a plus
›Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism
›Willing and able to work cooperatively, as well as independently
›Strong writing, as well as fact and legal research skills

Work Location

In-office and remote. Occasional travel to courts, depositions, hearings, site inspections, etc.
